Gonow Tourism is hiring a
Customer Acquisition Executive
to join our fast-growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging with potential customers, explaining travel packages, andconverting leads into bookings
efficiently.This is a front-line sales role that requires strong communication skills, a friendly approach, and the ability to build quick trust with clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Engage with incoming leads via WhatsApp, phone calls, and emails. Clearly present and promote travel packages and tourism services. Convert leads into confirmed bookings by following up and addressing customer needs. Maintain lead records and update status regularly. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer experience.
Requirements:
Excellent communication skills in English
(Arabic is a plus). Must have avalid UAE visa
(own/spouse/freelance). Basic knowledge of the tourism or travel industry preferred. Confident, persuasive, and customer-focused personality. Immediate availability is a plus.Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
