To support client accounts by coordinating service requirements, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring smooth communication between customers and internal teams across all service divisions.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as a point of contact for assigned client accounts, assisting with inquiries related to Cleaning, Security, Gas, and Pest Control services.
Coordinate with operations teams to ensure timely delivery of services as per client requirements.
Prepare and maintain client records, contracts, and service agreements.
Assist the sales team with quotations, renewals, and account documentation.
Follow up on service schedules, staff allocation, and transport coordination to meet customer needs.
Record and escalate customer concerns to relevant departments for resolution.
Monitor invoicing and payment follow-ups related to customer accounts.
Prepare periodic reports on account status and service delivery.
Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
Experience in customer service, account support, or coordination roles (preferably in service industries).
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
