Job Description

Facilitate the timely clearance of cargo at customs offices in Ras Al Khaimah-UAE.

Prepare and submit customs declarations and other documents for import, export, and transit shipments.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of customs regulations in GCC countries.
- Preparing & maintain files for Customs related documentation such as Shipping Invoice,
Delivery note, Import/Export entry exit etc.,
- Managing day-to-day Logistics Operations including preparing DO and pass for delivery, arranging invoices for Export and maintaining delivery quantity on a daily, maintaining stock reports and preparing online declarations for export.
- Ensure the clearance of goods from the Customs department includes Rakez Freezone Jebel Ali Free Zone and other freezones in UAE.
- Good understanding of permanent and temporary import requirements for different regions with the relevant Tax, Customs and penalty implications
- 5+ years of experience in Customs.
- Holding the UAE-valid Driving License
- Should have experience in Customs documents and customs clearance from Freezone
- Fluency in English and Arabic.
- Experience in Tobacco Industry would be an added advantage.
