The Customs Broker is responsible for ensuring the smooth and compliant import and export of goods by preparing and processing customs documentation, coordinating with customs authorities, and ensuring adherence to all relevant laws and regulations. The role requires in-depth knowledge of customs procedures, tariff classifications, valuation, and trade compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare, review, and submit accurate customs documentation for import and export shipments. and Physical inspection in Jebel Ali ports and DXB, DWC airports.

Qualifications & Skills:
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in customs clearance or brokerage operations.
Licensed or certified customs broker (where applicable).
Strong knowledge of import/export laws, tariff codes, and documentation.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
High attention to detail and accuracy in document handling.
Proficiency in MS Office and customs clearance software (e.g., Dubai Trade, Mirsal 2, or similar systems).
Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
