Job Purpose

Responsible for owning the end-to-end management of content curricula in CCL, interfacing with Education subject leads, Product developers, and Learning teams to ensure proper configuration and documentation around curricula, skills, and content across Education. The role will have secondary responsibilities around managing and configuring R&D projects within CCL and AAT for the Learning team.

Key Responsibilities

Systems Configuration

? Partner with the Product team to lead and manage new feature implementation, tracking impact points and training Education teams as needed.

? Review and analyze the Alef platform reporting frameworks as related to CCL curricula, proactively identifying any problem areas and preparing reports on resolution strategies.

? Monitor and escalate any technical issues related to the interface between CCL, AAT, and Alef platform, and work with relevant teams.

? Partner closely with the Education production team to ensure streamlined systems usage and documentation.

Systems Documentation

Develop and manage documented processes for CCL and AAT curricula and skills management within the Education teams, inclusive of both MOE and external users.

Create and curate records of current systems process and capacities and lead the development of the features roadmap in partnership with Product and Production.

CCL and AAT Management for R&D

? Assess systems capabilities and configurations for new content configurations and requirements, and document functionality gaps within the existing products.

? Create frameworks and testing spaces for new content R&D.

? Partner with different Education, Product, and Service Delivery leadership teams to compile, assess, and prioritize change management requirements.

Education, Experience and Required Skills

Educational Qualification

Educational Qualifications

? Bachelor degree in a relevant field required (Education, technology, or related.

? PMI-ACP certification a strong plus .

Experience

? 3-5 years previous experience working with K-12 digital publishing systems required (English or Arabic).

? 3-5 years previous experience managing requirements from platform and content teams.

? Relevant experience with English and Arabic language platforms.

Essential Skills

Essential Skills

? Knowledge of platforms and tools used for K-12 publishing.

? Knowledge of programming languages, including HTML and CSS.

? Familiar with project management tools (Wrike, Terllo, kanban ) to monitor working load, plans and expenditures.

? Working knowledge of K-12 digital platform industry standards.

? Ability to translate technical information about content appropriacy to audiences of varying levels and backgrounds.
