Job Overview:

The Culinary & Hospitality Mystery Auditor - Hospitality & F&B plays a pivotal role in ensuring the highest standards of service, culinary excellence, and guest experience in luxury hospitality establishments. This role involves conducting secretive audits of high-end restaurants, luxury hotels, fine dining venues, and other premium food and beverage outlets. The auditor will assess every facet of the guest experience, from food quality to staff professionalism, ambiance, and service efficiency, providing valuable insights to help refine and elevate operational standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform mystery audits of luxury hospitality venues and fine dining establishments, evaluating every aspect of the guest experience. Assess food and beverage offerings for presentation, taste, quality, and consistency, ensuring alignment with the brand's luxury standards. Evaluate service excellence, including staff behavior, professionalism, responsiveness, product knowledge, and attention to detail. Examine the ambiance of the venue, from decor and cleanliness to lighting and atmosphere, ensuring it aligns with the brand's identity. Review operational standards, including service timings, cleanliness of facilities, and adherence to safety and hygiene protocols. Compile and present detailed, clear, and objective reports with actionable recommendations for improvements in culinary and service offerings. Identify trends in guest experience, service delivery, and food quality across multiple venues. Provide feedback to client management teams in a constructive and professional manner, offering solutions for operational enhancement. Maintain anonymity and confidentiality throughout all audits, ensuring the integrity and objectivity of each assessment. Track progress of corrective actions and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented improvements over time.

Key Skills and Requirements:

Extensive experience (5+ years) in high-end hospitality or fine dining sectors, with a strong understanding of luxury service and culinary standards. In-depth knowledge of gourmet food, fine dining service protocols, and the overall guest experience in luxury hospitality. Exceptional attention to detail, with a keen eye for both macro and micro aspects of the service environment. Strong communication skills, capable of writing comprehensive audit reports and presenting findings clearly in English. Ability to assess service quality and food offerings objectively and impartially. Discretion and professionalism, with an ability to maintain confidentiality at all times. High levels of integrity, reliability, and punctuality. Flexibility in working hours, with the ability to conduct audits during peak hours and at various times, including weekends and evenings. Proficiency in English (fluent communication skills).

Education & Qualifications:

A degree or certification in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field is preferred. Formal training in food safety, hygiene standards, or luxury hospitality service standards is a plus.

Work Environment:

The role requires travel to a variety of high-end venues across Dubai and potentially other regions. The auditor must be adaptable and comfortable working in high-pressure, fast-paced luxury environments, maintaining professionalism at all times.

This is a Commission-Based compensation structure & Benefits only.
