Handle customer inquiries via call, chat, and email with professionalism. Resolve issues efficiently and escalate when needed. Maintain accurate documentation of interactions. Provide product/service guidance and customer-centric solutions.
Requirements
Minimum 1 year of experience
in customer service or support.German level: B2 (Upper-Intermediate)
-- able to communicate clearly with customers. Strong communication, problem-solving, and customer-handling skills. Ability to work the Monday-Friday.What We Offer
