Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Crusher Sales Executive to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales of crushers and related machinery, building strong customer relationships, and managing accounts in the construction and mining sectors. As a Crusher Sales Executive, you will be instrumental in promoting our products, understanding customer needs, and providing tailored solutions to increase revenue and market share.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales and Business Development:
Drive sales of crushers, screening equipment, and related products in the assigned territory.
Identify and target new customers, including construction companies, quarry operators, and mining industries.
Promote the company's range of crushers and accessories to potential clients.
Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms to close sales.
Prepare and deliver technical presentations and product demonstrations to clients.
Customer Relationship Management:
Establish and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and addressing any issues or concerns.
Conduct regular follow-up calls and visits to existing clients to generate repeat business and gather market feedback.
Provide expert advice to clients on the best products and solutions for their specific needs.
Market Research and Analysis:
Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitors, and opportunities for growth.
Stay up to date with new product developments, competitor offerings, and market demands.
Provide feedback to the product development team regarding customer needs and market conditions.
Sales Reporting and Documentation:
Prepare and maintain sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics.
Collaborate with the internal sales and technical teams to ensure smooth order processing and timely delivery of products.
Attend and participate in industry trade shows, conferences, and events to enhance product visibility and network with potential clients.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related fields
Proven sales experience in the construction, mining, or heavy machinery sector (2-5 years preferred).
Strong knowledge of crushers, screening machinery, and other related equipment.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to understand technical product specifications and communicate them effectively to customers.
Strong problem-solving abilities and customer-focused mindset.
Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with CRM software and sales reporting tools.
Technical understanding of crusher and mining equipment.
Previous experience in a similar sales executive role or within the construction and mining industries.
