Key Responsibilities:
Inspect, diagnose, and repair electrical faults in
mobile crushers, screens, loaders, excavators, and site vehicles
Maintain and troubleshoot electrical wiring, sensors, alternators, batteries, starter motors, relays, and lighting systems
Perform preventive maintenance checks and safety inspections for mobile crushing units
Repair and calibrate electrical components in hydraulic control systems, ignition systems, and engine management systems
Install and repair control switches, alarms, and lighting for mobile equipment
Ensure all systems (headlights, signal lights, horns, engine monitors, etc.) function correctly and safely
Assist in commissioning of new machines or equipment brought to the site
Maintain logbooks and repair records for each piece of equipment
Follow all safety procedures during work, including proper lockout/tagout
Work with mechanical and electrical teams for combined troubleshooting as needed
