The Cross Promotion Executive will plan and execute
cross-brand marketing initiatives
across all
V Group brands
, including retail, lifestyle, and exclusive labels. The role focuses on building synergy between brands, creating joint promotions, and enhancing customer engagement through innovative campaigns across both offline and online channels.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and manage
cross-promotional campaigns
between V Group brands with
B2B
&
B2C
external partners.
Create
combo offers, bundle packages, and collaborative marketing activities
to boost sales.
Coordinate with
marketing, retail, and eCommerce teams
to ensure campaign alignment.
Plan and execute
in-store activations, co-branded events, and digital promotions
.
Collaborate with
brand managers
to identify and execute mutual growth opportunities.
Ensure consistent
branding, communication, and visual presentation
across all channels.
Build and maintain partnerships with
complementary lifestyle, fashion, or beauty brands
.
Analyze and report on campaign performance, ROI, and customer engagement.
Research market trends and competitor collaborations to suggest innovative ideas.
Support cross-brand visibility through
social media, newsletters, and influencer tie-ups
.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
2-4 years of experience in
retail marketing, brand management, or promotional campaigns
.
Strong understanding of
marketing strategy, retail operations, and customer behavior
.
Mandatory UAE driving license required.
Excellent communication, coordination, and negotiation skills.
Proficient in MS Office, Google Workspace, and marketing coordination tools.
