A Day in the Life You will be a member of the TURMECA Strategic Marketing Enterprise (SME) organization team and support the opportunity identification with designing validation approach, building data collection analysis platforms and dashboards data visualizations to support data driven decision making as well as mapping processes to streamline and simplify data governance working closely with the Strategic Marketing Operations (SMO) organization.
Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:

• Conducts statistical analysis on strategic projects relevant data and information
• Creates reports and visualization of data (e.g. dashboards) to ensure optimal execution and attainment of growth objectives; develop tracking tools and build the relevant metrics architecture
• Support the annual 5 year Strategic Planning exercise, AOP and Rolling Forecasts as well as Latest Business Estimate (LBE) related analytical tasks in partnership with SMO
• Connects with SMO business analysis teams to collect data and align report creation approaches and need to collaborate on data
• Identify supply gaps, inventory concerns, Capacity constraints and delayed future launchers - Understand and analyse highlighting GO & SC (Global Operations and Supply Chain) and Inventory metrics
• Solving business related problems using data driven techniques
• Financial modelling and analysis
• Builds Scorecards to measure business performance using clear KPIs and business drivers.

• Data analytics & data visualization to facilitate business decisions
• Build the storyline around the performance information and data
• Analytical support to drive growth, change and efficiencies
• Value in the area of portfolio strategy and execution, governance and process improvements.
