Job Summary



We are looking for a skilled and passionate

Croissant Baker

to join our bakery team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in laminated dough techniques, precision in baking, and a true passion for artisanal pastry. As a Croissant Baker, you will be responsible for producing high-quality croissants and viennoiseries that meet our restaurant's premium standards.

Responsibilities



Prepare, laminate, and shape dough for croissants and other viennoiseries with consistency and accuracy Ensure proper proofing, baking, and finishing techniques to achieve excellent texture, flavor, and presentation Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bakery workstation and equipment Monitor inventory of ingredients, report shortages, and assist with ordering supplies Follow strict hygiene, safety, and sanitation standards in all bakery operations Collaborate with the pastry and kitchen team to maintain quality and efficiency Contribute ideas for seasonal pastry variations and menu innovations

Requirements



Strong knowledge of laminated dough preparation, proofing, and baking techniques Attention to detail and commitment to consistency in product quality Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment Strong organizational and time-management skills Passion for baking and creating high-quality artisanal pastries
