What you\'ll be doing As a CRM Trainee, you will be supporting the CRM Marketer and CRM Data analyst in the day-to-day operations. You will be responsible for executing the CRM campaigns (Email, WhatsApp & SMS) and doing post-campaign analysis.

• Set up all the CRM campaigns (Emails, WhatsApp & SMS).
• Plan campaigns in advance and closely coordinate with design, content, and e-commerce teams for the timely execution of the campaigns.
• Be able to create campaign briefs.
• Ensure all the campaigns are going live on time.
• Support CRM Data analyst with ongoing projects, presentations, and reports if needed.
• Analyse each communication sent out according to the KPIs set.

What you\'ll need to succeed

• 0-1 year of experience working in CRM preferably in retail, e-commerce, or loyalty.
• Self-driven and flexible enough to work in a hyper-growth environment.
• You have the ability to work autonomously and take initiative.
• Excellent coordination and communication skills
• Be able to effectively manage time.

Location:

• Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

Language:

• Fluent in English, Arabic is a plus.
