Job Description

As CRM Specialist at DFreight your role will be to maximize the efficiency of the CRM, the data inside it, and how DFreight uses the software to improve customer care. You will be the liaison between the Sales and Customer Success teams and the CRM software, making sure your investment in the tool is maximized.
  • Deliver CRM strategy with a view of retaining existing customers, improving customer experience, increasing repeat visitation and growing qualified databases, across target markets.
  • Create and manage pipelines for different sources of lead capturing and carry out activities to optimize these leads.
  • Segment and manage customer data for regions and set up appropriate funnels and campaigns within CRM software that deliver results for the business.
  • Set up and manage automation for channels, notifications, tasks etc and establish workflows for data capture, always ensuring data integrity.
  • Delivery of all CRM activities for the business to meet agreed KPIs - including direct mail, SMS marketing, mobile messaging etc in line with marketing calendars for the platform.
  • Leverage campaign results to run the planning and testing process to continuously drive increased customer interest, conversion, sales and profitability across segments and channels.
  • Customize and pull marketing reports from CRM system on a weekly basis with analysis of trends, successes and learnings. Conduct A/B testing for optimizing campaigns.
  • Have a keen eye for detail to be able to identify issues and to deliver solutions for any CRM issues that arise. Drive continuous improvement of all aspects the CRM system.
  • Ensure that all customer and account profiles are captured and updated.
  • Manage and track all aspects of inbound and outbound marketing.


Requirements
  • At least 3 years of experience with CRM or Marketing automation tools
  • Knowledge of email marketing best practices and industry best practices
  • Knowledge of A/B testing to optimize and improve channels and campaigns
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills
  • Self-starter, requiring minimal supervision - ability to "take a project and run with it" is key
