Our Client

A well-established company based in Abu Dhabi are looking for a CRM Solution Architect

Your Responsibilities Requirements Analysis:

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their CRM requirements.
• Analyze and document business processes to identify opportunities for CRM system improvements.
• Solution Design:
• Design and architect CRM solutions based on business requirements.
• Develop a comprehensive understanding of the organization\'s data structure and integration points with other systems.
• Define data models, entities, and relationships within the CRM system.
• Customization and Configuration:
• Configure and customize CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics) to meet specific business needs.
• Develop and implement custom workflows, automation, and business rules.
• Integration:
• Design and implement integrations between the CRM system and other business applications.
• Ensure seamless data flow between CRM and other systems, such as ERP or marketing automation tools.
• Security and Access Control:
• Define and implement security models and access controls to protect sensitive data within the CRM system.
• Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and industry standards.
• User Training and Support:
• Provide training to end-users on the effective use of the CRM system.
• Offer ongoing support and troubleshooting for CRM-related issues.
• Documentation:
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for the CRM solution, including design specifications, configurations, and customizations.
• Collaboration with Development Teams:
• Work closely with development teams to ensure custom code aligns with the overall CRM architecture.
• Review and validate custom development work for CRM solutions.
• Quality Assurance:
• Conduct testing and quality assurance activities to ensure the CRM system meets functional and performance requirements.
• Coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) with stakeholders.
• Continuous Improvement:
• Stay abreast of CRM industry trends, best practices, and updates.
• Propose and implement enhancements to the CRM system to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
• Project Management:
• Participate in project planning and execution, ensuring timely delivery of CRM solutions.
• Collaborate with project managers and other team members to achieve project goals.
• Vendor Management:
• Interact with CRM platform vendors to understand new features, updates, and support options.
• Manage relationships with third-party vendors providing CRM-related services.

Your Qualifications

• Solution and Technology Architecture expertise with a minimum of 12 years of work experience in designing Enterprise grade solutions, with a proven track record in executing complex IT projects.

• Expertise in Airline domain (PSS, Airline and Airport operations, Cargo, engineering etc) is preferable
• Experience of Enterprise architecture, Service Oriented Architecture, microservices, and other integration methodologies, ideally in Airline domain
• Experience with the architecture of mission critical, high transaction volume environments
• Experience with the full software development life cycle using traditional and agile methodologies.
• Excellent communication skills with experience in C level stakeholder management. The position requires working closely with other architects, business teams, and project teams
• Proven experience in recognizing the corporate strategy and realizing all business processes that define how a company achieves its strategic goals.
• Experience in seeking the alignment of business and IT, driving common approaches, delivering sustainable, re-usable enterprise architecture using both agile and waterfall methodologies
• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Computer Science or related degree is desirable. One or more Certification in Solution and/or Enterprise Architecture is preferred. \xe2\x80\x93 e.g. Well Architected Frameworks, SAFe Architect, TOGAF, Open Certified Architect, ISEB Architecture
• Experience in SAFe Agile and other methodologies preferred.
• Certifications in one or more of the CRM technologies would be preferable: Salesforce, Dynamics 365, SAP CRM, Oracle CRM etc.
