The Role

• Achieve or exceed sales target monthly. \xe2\x80\xa2Identify and prospect potential customers through various channels, such as cold calling, networking, and referrals. \xe2\x80\xa2Create a comprehensive map of your customer universe to customize your sales approach to specific target audience to further drive sales revenue. \xe2\x80\xa2Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers to foster repeat business and customer loyalty. \xe2\x80\xa2Understand customer needs and provide product solutions to meet those needs. \xe2\x80\xa2Share sales collateral to potential customers. \xe2\x80\xa2Negotiate and close sales deals. \xe2\x80\xa2Provide accurate sales forecast and reports to your line manager. \xe2\x80\xa2Collaborate with internal teams, such as marketing, and production to ensure customer satisfaction and drive sales. \xe2\x80\xa2Maintain accurate record of sales activities, customer interactions, transactions, and communication in the CRM system. \xe2\x80\xa2Effectively manage client expectations to ensure that projects are on time, within budget, and meet PRECISE standards and excellence.

Requirements

• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. \xe2\x80\xa2A minimum of 3 years sales experience. \xe2\x80\xa2Goal-orientated mindset and ability to achieve and exceed sales targets. \xe2\x80\xa2Strong communication and interpersonal skills for fostering and maintaining customer relationships. \xe2\x80\xa2Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. \xe2\x80\xa2Proficient in customer database management and CRM software. \xe2\x80\xa2Proficient in negotiation techniques and strategies. \xe2\x80\xa2Understanding of customer segmentation and targeting. \xe2\x80\xa2Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. \xe2\x80\xa2Proficient command of the English language. \xe2\x80\xa2A drivers license is a requirement for this role in the UAE.
