Job Description

The CRM Representative is responsible for managing customer relationships, maintaining accurate customer data, and supporting sales and customer service teams through effective use of the CRM system. This role ensures timely follow-ups, data integrity, and a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities



Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system accurately and consistently Track customer interactions, inquiries, and follow-ups Support sales and customer service teams with CRM reports and insights Monitor leads, opportunities, and customer pipelines Ensure data quality, compliance, and proper documentation Assist in CRM campaigns, customer segmentation, and communications Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues promptly Generate regular CRM performance and activity reports

Requirements & Qualifications



Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred) 1-3 years of experience in CRM, customer service, or sales support Hands-on experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, or similar) Strong attention to detail and data management skills Excellent communication and organizational skills Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: QAR4,050.00 per month
