Responsible for sending digital CRM campaigns to GAL customers to ensure the set targets on
Engagement, Retention, and Repurchase
are achieved.
Key Accountabilities:
Execute CRM campaigns as per given instructions.
Set up content for E-Mail, SMS, and Paid Social Campaigns.
Ensure full tracking and monitoring of executed campaigns.
Assist the Assistant Manager - CRM in daily coordination with other departments.
Generate weekly and monthly sales reports as requested.
Liaise with stakeholders to create meaningful reports on campaign performance.
Call customers daily for MSI surveys (Sales & Service).
Achieve 80% successful calls target for MSI Sales.
Prepare monthly MSI Sales reports.
Handle and communicate with customers regarding problems and complaints.
Prepare fact sheets for CRM suppliers, obtain approvals, and send LPOs.
Perform any ad-hoc duties or special projects assigned by management.
