Job Description

Monitoring and maintaining support on IT solution. Upgrading, installing and configuring new hardware and software to meet company objectives. Implementing security protocols and procedures to prevent potential threats. Creating user accounts and performing access control. Performing diagnostic tests and debugging procedures to optimize computer systems. Documenting processes, as well as backing up and archiving data. Developing data retrieval and recovery procedures. Designing and implementing efficient end-user feedback and error reporting systems. Supervising and keeping the track on tickets. Keeping up to date with advancements and best practices in IT administration. Examining and inspecting programs to track technical issues and come up with solution suggestions and/or recommendations. Leads support and guidance to all departments as needed to ensure consistent and smooth system development. Identifying, problem solving, troubleshooting as per the requirement. Takes Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) lead in ensuring "safe systems of work" and "safe conditions" are in place within area of responsibility. Performs other similar or related duties as required or assigned by management.
