Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and update the CRM system.
Handle customer inquiries and ensure timely resolutions.
Analyze customer data to identify trends and growth opportunities.
Collaborate with marketing, sales, and customer service teams.
Optimize CRM workflows and train employees on effective usage.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
2+ years of CRM or customer service experience.
Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
