Position: CRM & Office Administrator / Team Coordinator to Real estate company
Who we are looking for:
Experienced in administration, CRM management, team coordination or supervisory work.
Calm with routine tasks and enjoys keeping things under control.
Confident to correct people and firmly demand task completion.
Skilled with CRM systems, documents, and spreadsheets.
Able to monitor KPI performance and remind the team about deadlines.
Communicates clearly and explains instructions in a structured way.
Not worried about "being liked" -- focused on order and results.

Key responsibilities:
Check agents' work: enter and monitor data in CRM, update lead statuses, prepare daily reports.
Make sure clients and property viewings are not lost or forgotten.
Work with documents (property sheets, contracts, reservations).
Coordinate tasks: who does what, who needs to follow up, who needs support.
Prepare short daily updates for the owner.
Help create and improve internal guidelines and checklists.
Communicate fast: if something goes wrong, inform both the owner and the team immediately.

What we offer:
Fixed salary: 3,000 AED per month
Commission: Additional sales commissions if you close deals yourself
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:45 AM -- 6:00 PM
