La?Perla Real Estate is seeking a proactive Office Administrator to keep our Dubai office running smoothly by managing daily administrative tasks--overseeing supplies and facilities, coordinating agent schedules and meetings, handling client calls and emails, processing invoices and basic bookkeeping, and ensuring accurate document control--while supporting client onboarding and fostering seamless team collaboration; the ideal candidate brings at least two years of admin experience (real estate preferred), excellent organizational skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems, and strong English communication (Arabic a plus).

Contract length: 24 months
Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
