As part of our digital transformation, we are looking for a CRM Manager to oversee the implementation, customization, and ongoing optimization of our CRM systems.

Responsibilities

Design, implement, and manage the company's CRM strategy to improve customer acquisition, engagement, and retention. Customize and configure CRM platforms (Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot, or Microsoft Dynamics) to fit business processes. Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations teams to ensure seamless data flow and effective customer lifecycle management. Analyze customer data, generate insights, and prepare reports/dashboards to support business decision-making. Manage CRM integrations with third-party applications (ERP, email marketing, payment gateways, etc.). Ensure data quality, compliance with UAE data protection laws, and best practices in data governance. Train staff on CRM usage and provide continuous support to optimize user adoption. Monitor CRM performance, troubleshoot issues, and work with vendors/developers for improvements.
Requirements

Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on experience in CRM management/administration. Strong knowledge of at least one major CRM platform (Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics). Experience in CRM customization, automation, and analytics. Solid understanding of sales and marketing processes, customer journeys, and loyalty programs. Proficiency in Arabic and English (written and spoken); third language is an advantage. Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to lead CRM adoption across different teams.
