Job Overview:



Burtville Development are looking for a dynamic

CRM Executive who will be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with clients, assisting with their needs, and ensuring an excellent customer experience throughout their journey with our company. You will play a key role in maintaining customer satisfaction, providing after-sales support, and contributing to the overall growth of the business.

Key Responsibilities:



Fluency in English (both spoken and written) is a must.

Administrative experience in Real Estate domain is highly preferred, especially related to contract handling, documentation, and internal coordination.

Preparation of contract agreements, SPA, ADM & municipality agreements and signing with clients. Offer post-sale support, ensuring clients are satisfied with their property investments and experience. Coordinate with sales and project management teams to provide seamless client services. Establish and maintain strong relationships with potential, existing, and past clients. Manage and update customer records in CRM software to track interactions and preferences. Regularly follow up with clients to gauge satisfaction and address any concerns or suggestions. Collect feedback and work with the team to implement improvements in our services. Act as a liaison between clients and various internal departments, ensuring clear and effective communication. Facilitate timely updates on project timelines, property availability, and payment statuses. Monitor CRM reports and generate standard reports for department heads as requested. Assist with drafting and sending customer communications (emails, newsletters, updates). Respond to basic client queries via email or phone, ensuring all inquiries are addressed in a timely and professional manner. Assist in preparing CRM-related presentations, reports, and analysis.

Qualifications and Skills:



Education and Experience:



High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred. At least

3 years - 5 years of experience with Real Estate Developerin an administrative role, preferably in a CRM, sales, or customer service environment. Experience must be with a

developer based in United Arab Emirates (Abu Dhabi, Dubai).*
Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, etc.) is a plus.

Skills:



Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Arabic speaking with Excellent English Skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Familiarity with MS office, Outlook and the CRM systems or similar platforms. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple tasks efficiently. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information.

Salary Range:



AED 7,000 to 10,000, depending on qualifications and experience

Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
