to manage customer relationships and support our sales and operations teams.Key Responsibilities:
Manage customer interactions via phone, email, and CRM systems. Maintain and update customer data in the CRM database. Coordinate with sales and operations teams for smooth service delivery. Address customer inquiries, complaints, and follow-ups promptly. Assist in client engagement and retention strategies.
Requirements:
Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Urdu. Experience in CRM, customer service, or sales support is preferred. Proficient in MS Office and familiar with CRM software. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
