CRM Executive (Female)
to join our Ajman branch and help enhance our customer relationship management operations.
Job Responsibilities:
Manage and update customer data accurately using CRM systems.
Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and WhatsApp.
Maintain strong customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
Coordinate with the sales and service teams to ensure seamless communication.
Generate reports and assist in CRM-related administrative tasks.
Support the marketing and sales team with lead tracking and follow-ups
Job Requirements:
Experience in CRM, customer service, or an administrative role (freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; knowledge of Arabic is an added advantage.
Strong customer service focus and attention to detail.
Proficiency in CRM software, MS Office, and email communication.
Organized, proactive, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Professional attitude with a pleasant personality.
