We are seeking a CRM Executive with strong customer service experience. The ideal candidate will support CRM activities, manage customer interactions, and help improve overall customer satisfaction. Chinese language skills are preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues
Maintain and update CRM systems
Support CRM campaigns and communication
Coordinate with internal teams to enhance customer experience
Requirements:
1-2 years of customer service experience (mandatory)
Proficiency in Chinese (Mandarin or Cantonese) preferred
Familiarity with CRM tools
Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
