1. CRM Campaign Management
Create, execute, and optimize
Zoho CRM campaigns
(email, SMS, WhatsApp).
Manage automation using
Zoho Campaigns / Zoho Flow
.
Build segmented customer lists using engagement and purchase behaviour.
2. eCommerce & Customer Journey Optimization
Develop
end-to-end customer journeys
integrated with WhatsApp, website, and online ordering systems.
Support eCommerce promotions, abandoned-cart flows, and retention campaigns.
Analyze customer behaviour to improve funnel conversion.
3. Data & Automation
Use
Zoho Flow
to automate CRM and marketing tasks.
Maintain data accuracy and set up dashboards for marketing insights.
Track CRM KPIs such as open rate, conversion, retention, and repeat purchase.
