Role: Lead Software Engineer Skill: BA with Siebel CRM/ NextCRM Description: \xe2\x80\xa2 Document and analyze user business processes and requirements \xe2\x80\xa2 Conduct testing of new or modified systems \xe2\x80\xa2 Serve as communications link between user and technical group \xe2\x80\xa2 Provide ongoing user support including troubleshooting and resolution of system issues \xe2\x80\xa2 Collaborate with marketing team to develop CRM strategies based on enrollment funnel and customer lifecycle including leveraging CRM data to create appropriate segments for targeting and analysis \xe2\x80\xa2 Assisting users with setup of campaigns/events \xe2\x80\xa2 Monitoring quality of data and processes Creating reports and queries \xe2\x80\xa2 Adding/Removing users, training new users and maintaining user documentation \xe2\x80\xa2 Assisting GT Team with management of system configuration, roll-out of upgrades, and implementation of new features and functionality \xe2\x80\xa2 Experience in Agile projects (Scrum, Kanban) Qualifications for CRM business analyst \xe2\x80\xa2 Proven experience in of functional design, business change, Operating model design and process design \xe2\x80\xa2 Understanding of the software development life cycle principles, background in software development \xe2\x80\xa2 Strong background in business analysis and/or system analysis \xe2\x80\xa2 Experienced in UAT and bug fix \xe2\x80\xa2 Prior experience in Siebel CRM projects is highly preferred \xe2\x80\xa2 Background in insurance industry is a definite advantage
