CRM Director with responsibility for providing thought leadership and expertise to direct, guide, coach and manage the CRM teams in order to optimize performance and achieve the business objectives. To monitor and enhance the end to end client experience continuously.
This is role is working with the CRM to target existing high-net-worth-individual Clients to monitor client satisfaction, working with the team to handle complaints and executing CRM strategies from inception through to post-sales.
Requirements:
Extensive experience in CRM roles including team leadership experience.
Minimum 12 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience
Experience in Real Estate, Luxury Retail, Finance or Telecommunications would be a plus.
You must be highly knowledgeable about back-end operations of CRM systems including ticketing and framework development.
Experience with Salesforce is a bonus.
This role is a top priority for the Client and so they need someone who is available to start ASAP with a maximum notice period of ONE month.
