Job description :
Fully embrace usage of CRM platforms aligning with daily workflow requirements
Assist in creating accounts and allocating Clienteling tools to retail teams
Monitor tools optimization through weekly reports & work closely with the store teams for continuous progress
Ensure retail teams' orientation to make an efficient use of Clienteling applications
Consolidate monthly Clienteling action plans in coordination with the stores priorities and improving key indicators
Support the evaluation of action plans implemented and the performance throughout completion
Emphasize and promote qualitative data collection & the value in acquiring enhanced data
Support in clients' database management
Proactively inquire & share assets in support of Clienteling activations
Conducting workshops and trainings connected to elevating Clienteling mindset and tools optimization
Actively involved in successful preparation of events measured by high number of appointments and attendance turnout.
Assist stores with clients profiling as per the event concept.
Profile
Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Marketing or similar.
Fluent in English & Arabic , both spoken and written. French is a plus.
IT abilities required: good knowledge of Microsoft Office (in particular, Excel and PowerPoint).
Energetic, able to collaborate with multiple teams and individuals by maintaining high levels of enthusiasm.
Passionate towards achieving goals with good analytical, planning and deadlines monitoring skills.
Proactive problem solver with ability to work simultaneously across multiple projects and set priorities.
Strong passion for the luxury world and understanding luxury clientele expectations
