Job Description

CRM Developer (PHP Laravel):

Design, develop, and maintain CRM applications using

PHP

and

Laravel

. Work with teams & research to gather requirements and deliver CRM functionalities that meet business needs. Integrate the CRM system with other internal and third-party systems, ensuring smooth data flow and communication. Troubleshoot and resolve any issues within the CRM system, providing continuous support and improvement. Implement new features and optimizations to improve CRM efficiency and usability. Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code in

PHP

and follow best practices for Laravel development. Collaborate with other developers and team members to ensure proper version control, documentation, and code quality.

App Developer (Mobile):

Design and develop mobile applications for

iOS

and

Android

platforms. Work on the integration of the mobile app with CRM data and other company systems to ensure seamless functionality. Optimize mobile app performance and ensure a responsive, user-friendly interface. Collaborate with the UI/UX team to implement high-quality app designs and ensure the apps are intuitive and engaging. Continuously test and debug applications to ensure their functionality and performance across different devices. Monitor app performance, gather feedback from users, and implement improvements based on feedback. Maintain and update mobile apps regularly to address bugs, security patches, and new features.

Qualifications:

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).

Experience:

2+ years of experience in CRM development and/or mobile app development. Strong experience with

PHP

and

Laravel

framework. Hands-on experience with mobile app development (preferably

React Native

,

Swift

, or

Kotlin

). Familiarity with CRM systems, APIs, and database management. Strong understanding of mobile development best practices, performance optimization, and UI/UX principles. Experience with version control tools (e.g.,

Git

). Knowledge of

RESTful APIs

,

OAuth

, and

JSON

for integrating with external systems. Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS or Azure for deployment is a plus.
