Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospects or existing customers from the CRM database.
Follow up on leads, inquiries, or pending deals.
Update CRM records accurately after every call or interaction.
Achieve monthly or weekly sales targets.
Handle customer objections and provide product/service information.
Collaborate with marketing or sales teams for campaigns and promotions.
Report on sales activities and progress to the team leader or manager.
Skills & Qualifications:
Strong communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus
Comfortable making 90% of work calls.
Basic computer and CRM software skills.
Persuasive and confident on calls.
Prior telesales or call center experience is preferred.
Ability to work under targets and deadlines.
