A reputable and well-established Medical Device company is actively recruiting a CRM Analyst for their team in Dubai.

The main responsibilities will include but not limited to:
- Main up-to-date information on the CRM System.
- Responsible for CRM System administration to all sales teams in the region.
- Generate regular reports on key performance metrics, customer behavior, and sales effectiveness.
- Provide ongoing support and assistance to users in navigating the CRM platform.
- Develop a sophisticated customer targeting strategy to support company business.
- Coordinate local promotional processes.
- Continuously improve CRM processes and workflows to enhance efficiency and user experience.
- Proven experience as CRM Analyst or in a similar role. Relevant experience in business, marketing, and sales is a plus.
- Successful track record of working with databases supporting sales and marketing activities.
- Strong proficiency in CRM systems, configuration, and data analysis. (Salesforce.com)
- Advanced data analysis and reporting skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.
