Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized

CRM Administrator

to support our sales operations. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring data integrity, efficient lead distribution, and smooth CRM workflows.

Key Responsibilities:



Maintain and update the

sales journal

regularly Oversee the

CRM system

(Bitrix / AMOCRM) and ensure data accuracy Distribute incoming leads to agents in a timely and efficient manner Monitor brokers' activities to ensure proper follow-up with leads Evaluate

lead quality

, identify inconsistencies, and report them Manage

document control

and ensure all files are properly organized

Requirements:



Previous experience working with

Bitrix , Kommo CRM, Salesforce or AMOCRM

is a must Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities Familiarity with CRM workflows and basic sales processes Strong communication skills in English (spoken and written)
