Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Cricket Coach to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, planning, and delivering high-quality cricket coaching sessions to players of all ages and skill levels.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Coaching Sessions: Plan, deliver, and evaluate coaching sessions for players of all ages and skill levels.

2. Player Development: Identify and develop talented players, providing individualized coaching and feedback.

3. Team Management: Manage and coach cricket teams, including preparing them for matches and tournaments.

4. Curriculum Development: Develop and implement cricket coaching programs and curricula.

5. Safety and Welfare: Ensure a safe and supportive learning environment, promoting player welfare and well-being.

6. Communication: Collaborate with parents, players, and other stakeholders to achieve coaching goals.

Requirements:

1. Coaching Certification: Level 1, 2, or 3 certification (or equivalent).

2. Coaching Experience: Proven experience coaching cricket, preferably in a similar setting.

3. Cricket Knowledge: Strong understanding of cricket rules, techniques, and strategies.

4. Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

5. Player Development: Ability to identify and develop talented players.

Qualifications:*

1. Advanced Coaching Certifications: Higher-level certifications or specialized coaching certifications.

2. Experience with Elite Players: Experience coaching high-performance or elite-level cricket players.

3. Program Development: Experience developing and implementing cricket coaching programs.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
