COMPANY OVERVIEW

Infinite Sports is home to top UAE home-grown sports academies including IJF Academy, It's JustCricket, Absolute Gymnastics, Absolute Basketball & Absolute Swimming. Infinite Active provides affordable before and after-school care for working parents. Active is currently within 2 schools and catering for 90 children a day with the view to offering this service to further schools. The program currently offers a variety of activities such as physical literacy, creative thinking, and arts & crafts.

Infinite Camps is a multi-activity holiday Camps provider currently operating out of 20 venues across Dubai and Abu Dhabi, with plans to expand into other gulf regions in the near future. We cater for 600 children per day (aged between 4 -12 years old), during school holidays. The Camps program offers a variety of purposeful activities including introductions to sports, creative thinking & arts & crafts.

Job Overview

The Cricket Coach is responsible for planning and executing structured cricket sessions for age-specific students, coordinating events, providing feedback to parents/guardians, and contributing to the overall success of the academy through community outreach initiatives and collaborative teamwork.

Roles & Responsibilities

1.Structured Cricket Sessions:

Plan and organize structured cricket sessions tailored to the age and skill level of students.

Develop lesson plans, drills, and activities to enhance student learning and skill development.

2. Attendance at Sessions:

Attend all Extra-Curricular Activities (ECA), After-School Activities (ASA), and School support sessions as required.

3. Financial Targets:

Collaborate with the team to meet financial targets set by senior management.

4. Event Planning and Execution:

Plan, facilitate, and execute events aimed at promoting the business and generating financial gain.

5. Parent/Guardian Feedback:

Provide constant feedback to parents/guardians on student progress, performance, and areas for improvement.

6. Cross-Department Collaboration:

Engage in cross-departmental and whole-business tasks or events as required.

7. Player Pathway Identification:

Identify talented players and create pathway options based on individual strengths and abilities.

8. Student Progress Tracking:

Compile and maintain records of player attendance, performance, and progress.

9. One-on-One Coaching:

Provide one-on-one coaching sessions upon request from parents/students.

10. Operational Support:

Collaborate with the team to ensure day-to-day operational processes and procedures are completed, including handling parent calls, recording attendance, issuing certificates, writing reports, and managing equipment stock.

11. Tour Planning and Execution:

Take responsibility for planning and executing successful local and international tours for the academy.

12. Community Outreach Initiatives:

Contribute to the growth of the academy through participation in community outreach initiatives and events.

13. Reporting Structure:

The CricketCoach will report to Academy Manager- Infinite Sports LLC.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to AED5,000.00 per month
