Role: \xc2\xb7 Monitor crew schedules, ensuring that crew is assigned on vessels appropriate to their skills and qualifications. \xc2\xb7 Monitor upcoming vacancies and recruit crew as required, giving priority to internal appointments before hiring externally. \xc2\xb7 Oversee the issue of all contractual paperwork to the assigned vessel crew. \xc2\xb7 Monitor performance of all sea staff, liaising with Operations and Technical to plan transfers and/or promotions. \xc2\xb7 Handle crew disciplinary or underperformance issues. \xc2\xb7 Monitor crew compliance against client/charter requirements, STCW, MLC, Flag, ensuring that appropriate crew records are maintained properly. \xc2\xb7 Monitor crew welfare on board, visiting vessels regularly and ensuring that all On Board Complaints are promptly and properly actioned. \xc2\xb7 Manage Offshore Medical and OPCO trainings \xc2\xb7 Thorough knowledge of payroll process, revision, and approval of the monthly Crew payroll. \xc2\xb7 Coordinate with Operations and Commercial Departments to clarify charter requirements, prepare crew mobilizations, seek client approvals, and prepare crew cost data for bidding/tendering purposes. \xc2\xb7 Review Crewing budgets and provide support/cost analysis as required. \xc2\xb7 Monitor crew rates and prepare benchmarking reports every 6 months. \xc2\xb7 Follow up and monitor PO process from requisition date until closure. \xc2\xb7 Be the main focal point between Crewing team and Procurement/Finance teams \xc2\xb7 Responsible for Documents verification. \xc2\xb7 Manage crew rotation roster & shifts. \xc2\xb7 Responsible for providing crew visas on time. \xc2\xb7 Manage transportation and air tickets for crew members. \xc2\xb7 Coordinate with the Agents for any changes or any other related information to the crew members. \xc2\xb7 Manage the attendance for crew members (Sign In & Sign Off) in the ERP system. \xc2\xb7 Check and verify transport & meals logs \xc2\xb7 Remittance slip send to the vessel \xc2\xb7 Arrange PPE for Joining the crew \xc2\xb7 Collection of Appraisal reports \xc2\xb7 Crew flag endorsement applying \xc2\xb7 Prepare meals logs (guest house AD &AJM) \xc2\xb7 Vessel Mobilization Job Type: Full-time Salary: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
