To support daily operations of the QSR by providing excellent customer service, preparing and serving food and beverages, and maintaining cleanliness and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Take customer orders accurately and serve food and beverages promptly.
Prepare menu items according to company recipes and portion standards.
Ensure proper handling of food items, maintaining hygiene and safety standards (HACCP/FHC).
Operate kitchen equipment and POS systems efficiently.
Maintain cleanliness of workstations, dining areas, and service counters.
Assist in stock management, including replenishing supplies and ingredients.
Handle customer queries and complaints courteously, ensuring satisfaction.
Work as part of a team to achieve operational targets and smooth workflow.
Follow SOPs, safety guidelines, and company policies.
Skills & Requirements:
Previous experience in QSR, fast food, or hospitality is preferred but not mandatory.
Good communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Flexible to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
