Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on F-16 aircraft and related systems. Conduct pre-flight, post-flight, and periodic inspections as per established procedures. Diagnose and rectify faults in mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and avionics systems. Ensure maintenance documentation and records are accurate, complete, and up to date. Follow technical orders (TOs), maintenance manuals, and engineering drawings. Support modifications, upgrades, and system integration on the F-16 platform. Maintain compliance with safety, quality assurance, and regulatory requirements. Assist in aircraft ground handling, towing, fueling, and servicing operations. Provide technical guidance and on-the-job training to junior technicians. Coordinate with engineering and flight operations teams to ensure efficient maintenance turnaround.

Qualifications and Experience:

Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Aeronautical or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent. Minimum

5-8 years

of experience on the

F-16 platform

. Certified / licensed technicians p. In-depth knowledge of

F-16 airframe, engine (F100 / F110), avionics, and weapons systems.

Familiar with USAF or OEM (Lockheed Martin) maintenance procedures. Ability to interpret and use aircraft maintenance manuals, schematics, and wiring diagrams. Proficient in technical reporting and computer-based maintenance systems.

Pay: AED25,270.00 - AED29,500.00 per month
