Duties & Responsibilities: \xc2\xb7 Responsible for the review/ preparation of all primary accounting documents according to local compliance regulation. \xc2\xb7 Making outbound collection calls in a professional manner while keeping and improving customer relations. \xc2\xb7 Resolves client-billing problems and rescues accounts receivable delinquency, applying good customer service in a timely manner. \xc2\xb7 Collect customer payments in accordance with payment due dates. \xc2\xb7 Identify issues attributing to account delinquency and discuss them with management. \xc2\xb7 Review and monitor assigned accounts and all applicable collection reports. \xc2\xb7 Provide timely follow-up on payment arrangements. \xc2\xb7 Prepare bills and record the payments. \xc2\xb7 Identifies particular risks related to the transactions. Such risks refer to, but are not limited to : primary accounting documents , tax aspects . \xc2\xb7 Mail correspondence to customers to encourage payment of delinquent accounts. \xc2\xb7 Exercise integrity and confidentiality in financial reporting. \xc2\xb7 Strengthen and grow relationships with clients by communicating with customers regarding past-due accounts. \xc2\xb7 Various other job relevant tasks as instructed by manager as time to time. Qualification Required: Education Level :University Degree: or equivalent in Accountancy. Qualified Accountant in recognized professional body is an advantage. Years of experience : Two years previous experience in corporate collections including interaction with a large customer base. Language skills : Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
