Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

  • Review and analyze customer credit applications, financial statements, credit reports, and payment history
  • Assist in determining suitable credit limits and terms based on detailed risk assessments
  • Monitor credit performance and escalate anomalies or emerging risks
  • Support new customer account setup and credit approval processes
  • Review AR aging reports and follow up on overdue accounts
  • Coordinate with customers to resolve billing discrepancies and payment delays
  • Recommend appropriate actions on high-risk accounts including holds, collections, or negotiations
  • Contribute toward monthly cash collection targets
  • Identify credit risks and propose proactive mitigation strategies
  • Maintain accurate credit files, documentation, and periodic credit limit reviews
  • Prepare regular credit exposure reports, overdue summaries, and collection status updates
  • Assist in developing and implementing updated credit policies and procedures
  • Support audits by providing necessary credit documents and reconciliations
  • Work closely with Sales, Finance, and Operations to support order processing and resolve disputes efficiently
