Key Responsibilities:
Promote and sell credit card products to individuals through direct sales channels (field visits, in-store promotions, or tele-sales).
Identify potential customers and present tailored solutions to meet their financial needs.
Explain credit card benefits, terms, fees, and eligibility clearly and accurately.
Assist customers with completing applications and ensure proper documentation is collected.
Maintain in-depth product knowledge to answer customer queries effectively.
Follow up on leads and referrals to maximize sales opportunities.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales progress.
Ensure compliance with all banking and financial regulations.
Provide post-sale support and customer service as needed.
Qualifications:
Education: High school diploma (bachelor's degree preferred).
Experience: Minimum 1 year of sales experience in credit cards or retail banking.
Skills: Proven sales success, strong communication skills, and customer relationship abilities.
Compliance Knowledge: Understanding of banking regulations.
