Key Responsibilities:
Promote and sell
credit card products
to individual clients
Generate leads through
cold calling
, referrals, and field marketing
Explain product features, eligibility, fees, and benefits clearly to customers
Guide applicants through the onboarding process and document collection
Meet and exceed
monthly sales targets
and KPIs
Build strong customer relationships and follow up regularly
Maintain accurate records of applications and leads
Candidate Requirements:
Freshers and experienced candidates
(0-1 year) in credit card or banking sales
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Confident, well-presented, and target-driven
Basic understanding of
retail banking or credit card sales
is an advantage
Must be
currently based in Dubai
and available for immediate joining
