Key Responsibilities:
Proactively approach potential customers to introduce and sell credit card products.
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable card offerings based on their financial profile.
Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Set up and manage booths or attend events for promotional activities, if required.
Collect and verify customer documentation for processing applications.
Maintain strong follow-up with customers and coordinate with the backend team for smooth card issuance.
Ensure compliance with bank policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Provide excellent post-sales service to build long-term customer relationships.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field.
Proven experience in direct sales, preferably in credit cards or financial services.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets.
Basic computer literacy (MS Office, CRM tools).
