Role Summary
You'll lead our UGC and micro-influencer network in GCC -- finding the right creators, managing seeding, securing content, and driving real sales.

, not reach.Key Responsibilities (80/20 Focus)
Discover & onboard creators:
Build and maintain a list of500+ -based UGC creators and micro-influencers
(beauty, skincare, lifestyle).Outreach & negotiation:
Contact creators via TikTok/Instagram DMs or email, pitch collaboration terms, and close product seeding deals.Product seeding & logistics:
Coordinate shipments, follow up until content goes live, and ensure smooth posting cycles.Content & brief management:
Provide short briefs (hooks, demo formats, claims allowed), collect raw files and usage rights for paid ads.Performance tracking:
Assign codes/links, monitor sales & ROAS/MER weekly, and report which creators drive conversions.Scale what works:
Double down on creators with proven ROI, end those who don't deliver results within 30 days.Job Type: Part-time
