Position Overview:

We are seeking a talented

Creative

Video Maker

to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conceptualizing, filming, and editing high-quality video content that aligns with our brand's voice and objectives. This role requires both creative storytelling skills and strong technical expertise in video production and editing.

Key Responsibilities:

Comfortable working with KPIs to track performance, efficiency, and creative impact. Adaptable to a fast-paced, constantly evolving start-up environment. Stay up to date with video trends and Gen Z content consumption on social media. Proactively contribute fresh, creative ideas to campaigns and projects. Strong self-management skills with ability to work independently and meet deadlines. Lead external shoots personally, from concept and storyboard to filming and delivery. Manage customer testimonial shoots abroad by sourcing local videographers, providing guidelines, receiving raw footage, and editing for final delivery. Organize and manage in-office shoots with models, including planning, coordination, and execution. Handle full post-production: editing, sound, colour, motion graphics, and platform-ready formats. Publish and schedule video content across all relevant social media and digital platforms.

Qualifications & Skills

:

Proven experience as a Video Maker, Videographer, or Video Content Creator. Proficiency with video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or similar). Strong understanding of camera operation, lighting, and sound design. Creative mindset with the ability to tell compelling visual stories. Knowledge of different video formats, codecs, and export settings for online platforms. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Strong attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills.

Preferred (Nice to Have):

Experience with motion graphics and animation. Basic graphic design skills (Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva). Familiarity with digital marketing and social media content strategies. Photography skills as an added advantage.
