We're seeking a Creative Video Producer who lives and breathes storytelling -- someone who can take a raw idea and turn it into compelling visual content that moves audiences and delivers on brand goals. You will be responsible for ideating, scripting, producing, and directing short-form and long-form video content for both Hajjo Media and our clients.
The ideal candidate brings a strong foundation in videography, understands the technical side of production, and knows how to manage shoots from concept through to final delivery. You'll collaborate with our in-house videographers, editors, and designers -- and at times operate equipment yourself -- to ensure visual storytelling is executed at the highest level.
Responsibilities
Generate creative video concepts aligned with project briefs, brand tone, and target audiences.
Write compelling, structured scripts for various formats -- from social media shorts to brand storytelling pieces.
Oversee full production workflows -- from planning and pre-production through to post-production delivery.
Participate in shoots, operating cameras and production equipment when needed to support the team or execute solo content.
Manage and operate video production equipment (cameras, lighting, audio gear, etc.), ensuring high technical quality on every shoot.
Lead shoots, direct talent, and collaborate with crew to ensure clarity of creative vision and efficient execution.
Work closely with videographers, editors, designers, and project managers to align on creative expectations and execution.
Ensure each piece of content has a clear narrative, emotional hook, and visual consistency.
Produce content optimized for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube (short-form and long-form), and other relevant platforms.
Provide visual references, moodboards, and shot lists to support the creative process and brief the production team.
Stay updated on content trends, formats, and storytelling techniques, especially in the automotive, lifestyle, and luxury brand space.
Requirements
3+ years of experience in videography, content production, or creative direction.
Proven hands-on experience managing end-to-end production cycles.
Strong storytelling and scriptwriting abilities with a portfolio that shows creative range.
Confident operating professional cameras, lighting setups, and audio equipment.
Ability to direct talent and manage on-set dynamics efficiently.
Experience collaborating with creative teams and providing direction on edits and final deliverables.
Knowledge of best practices across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and other content platforms.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with an ability to deliver under tight deadlines.
Fluency in English is required; Arabic is a plus.
Experience in automotive, luxury, or hospitality industries is a strong advantage.
Preferred Qualifications
Background in film, media production, communications, or a related creative field.
Familiarity with post-production software (e.g., Premiere Pro, Final Cut, DaVinci Resolve)
Experience working in a fast-paced media agency or production studio environment.
Working knowledge of creative planning tools like Milanote or Notion.
