About the Role:
We're looking for a creative weapon who lives at the intersection of data and storytelling. You'll own the full cycle of performance-driven creative: from ideation and scripting to testing, media buying, and scaling.
If you're obsessed with thumb-stopping hooks, live inside Meta Ads Manager, and dream in ROAS, you'll fit right in.
What You'll Do:
Develop high-converting creative concepts (UGC, statics, VSLs, etc.) that are backed by data and psychology.
Manage & scale Meta Ads (TikTok & YouTube optional bonus).
Coordinate with editors & content creators to bring creative strategy to life.
Analyze ad performance daily to iterate, kill, and scale winning creatives.
A/B test hooks, formats, offers, and angles to beat benchmarks.
Build a repeatable system for monthly creative production & performance feedback loops.
Requirements:
2+ years of experience in DTC creative strategy AND media buying.
Deep knowledge of Meta ads platform and ad structure.
Proven track record scaling ecom brands profitably.
Strong understanding of direct response principles and consumer psychology.
Experience working with UGC creators, editors, and designers.
Sharp eye for creative that converts (you know what hooks, angles, and scroll-stoppers look like).
Bonus Points If You:
Have experience in the health/wellness/supplement space.
Can write VSLs, hooks, or headlines like a copywriter.
Have built winning ads from idea ? execution ? scale.
Are a Notion nerd / systems thinker.
