Each of the hotel’s 8 restaurants and bars is designed to have an al fresco terrace to reflect the heritage of Palazzos, where the internal court was the informal space to meet, dine and enjoy the weather. The three outdoor pools are decorated with mosaic tiles and surrounded by palm trees and flowers. Qualifications and Creative Skills (Mandatory):
Minimum 6-7 years of professional experience in creative direction, animation, and graphic designing in an advertising/creative agency (Freelance experience will not be considered)
Sound Knowledge of creative theories, brand guidelines and storytelling
Bachelor’s/Master's degree or equivalent in Media Sciences/Animation & Graphic Designing
Demonstrated success in designing for several brands' Marketing Collaterals, Advertisements, social media, Website, Articles, Press Releases, etc.
Experience in producing designs and animations for digital, print, and broadcast channels

Professional Skills (Mandatory):
Creative Conceptualization for all Marketing collaterals
Sound knowledge and experience in animation and graphic designing
360-degree Creative Campaign Creation
Storyboarding for Digital Videos, TVCs, Illustrative Videos
Mood boards for Interior, Exterior, lifestyle, Spa, and Food Shoots
Sound knowledge of Photography & Videography directions and equipment
Creative direction for videography and photography
Great aesthetic sense of colours, patterns and designs
Proficient knowledge in storytelling and scripting
Proficient in Creative Copywriting (English)
Creative inputs and layouts for website and mobile app designing
Directing and conducting video and photo shoots with in-house and external videographer & photographer
Work closely with Marketing Director, In-house Videographer & Photographer, External Production House, Marketing Manager, Digital Marketing Specialist, and other departments to develop a variety of creative collaterals for Marketing materials
Interpret creative briefs and adapt points into persuasive and creative design and concepts
